We report an optical spectrum (range 350-870 nm) of PTSS-19ckdz (AT 2019brd), discovered by the PTSS, obtained on UT 2019-03-12.83 with the 2.4m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Observatory of Yunnan Observatories (YNAO). The spectrum is consistent with that of a type Ia supernova at around the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2006cf at t = +3 days from the maximum light. After correcting for a redshift 0.058 of the host galaxy SDSS J100307.70+032101.2, an expansion velocity of about 11000 km/s can be derived from the absorption minimum of Si II 635.5 nm.
