MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",

discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 24m 40.37s -53d 50m 46.7s on 2019-03-03.24150 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.6m (mlim=18.8m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2018-06-17.07877 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.0m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J193118.50+230439.8 red long variable detection
MASTER-Tavrida auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 31m 18.50s +23d 04m 39.8s on 2019-03-04.00909 UT with unfiltered m_OT= 14.6m (limit 18.0m).
The OT is seen in 45 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2018-09-05.92478 UT with unfiltered m_OT=17.4.
