Following the report of a Gamma-ray flare of the Blazar TXS 1515-273 by the Fermi-LAT team (Atel#12532). We observed the object on February 28th,2019 (MJD 2458543.056) at NIR wavelengths, finding it with a flux in the H band corresponding to H = 13.00 +/- 0.05. That is 5 times brighter than the flux registered bye the 2Mass survey. The object has also been observed by the Swift and MAGIC experiments (Atels# 12537,12538). Our observations are carried out with the 2.1m telescope of the Guillermo Haro Observatory operated by the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (Mexico), equipped with the instrument CANICA a NIR camera. We encourage further multi-wavelength coverage.
