We report a positive detection of TYC 0162-00322-1 occultation by (216) Kleopatra on 2019-01-21(UT) at OAUNI site (Huancayo, Peru, Pereyra et al. 2015; Meza et al. 2009). The event was alerted to us by H. Pavlov. The equipment used was a 20cm telescope along with a Watec 120N+ camera and GPS timing. The setup yields a frame rate of 25 fps and a FOV of 11'x8'. The observation was made under cloudy skies with sporadic stable observational windows. Classical aperture photometry was performed using HD 289473 as comparison star. A preliminary light curve (Figure 1) shows a definitive positive stellar occultation by (2016) Kleopatra during ~17 seconds. It is important to note that this time interval is longer than last estimated maximum duration for this event (IOTA/IOTA-ES). The OAUNI project is supported by UNI, TWAS, IGP and Cienciactiva (Convenio 102-2015 Fondecyt). E. Meza is supported by Concytec (Contrato 205-2014 Fondecyt).
