MASTER OT J083339.30+553553.8 discovery - PSN in 14.3"E,21.7"N of bright spiral PGC024003

MASTER-Tavrida auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 33m 39.30s +55d 35m 53.8s on 2019-01-24.95522 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.2m (mlimit=19.9m).

The OT is seen in 11 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-03-24.86402 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
There is host galaxy PGC024003 in 14.3"E,21.7"N with Vgsr=11231km/s
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J122304.08-704334.6 - CV outburst, ampl>6.1m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at
(RA, Dec) = 12h 23m 04.08s -70d 43m 34.6s on 2019-01-02:53:10.944UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.9
The OT is seen in 4 images .There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2018-11-02 02:06:16UT with mlim=17.5, on 2018-08-29 18:46:38UT with mlim=19.0

There is GSC star with known blue jmag=21.26, it means 22m POSS limit in history and more them 6.1 mag of current outburst amplitude
Spectral observations are required.
