MASTER OT J000256.70+323252.3 -PSN

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 02m 56.70s +32d 32m 52.3s on 2019-01-02.64550 UT. Error is 1 arc sec. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (limit 19.2m).

The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-12-10.71644 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.5m.

There are two SDSS galaxies at the OT place with r = 22.2, 22.7. Spectral observations are required.
