MASTER: 6mag amplitude new outburst

MASTER OT J180822.04-651129.8 discovery - 6mag amplitude outburst, no VIZIER data
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",

discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 08m 22.04s -65d 11m 29.8s on 2018-10-02.04157 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.8m (mlim=19.2m).
The OT is seen in 4 images 2018-10-02 (00:33:26.489-1:07:24.767). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-04-05.23440 UT with 20.0 unfiltered magnitude limit.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 6.2m of current outburstn amplitude
Spectral observations are required.
