MASTER OT J104021.29-462510.8 - SN in 18.7" of bright PGC93974 - S0 galaxy with AGN

During Fermi trigger 536085249 inspection
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 40m 21.29s -46d 25m 10.8s on 2017-12-27.91284 UT
in 18.7" of bright AGN(Sy2) S0 galaxy PGC93974 (Vgsr=6942,Absolute blue mag=-18.89 (White et al. 2011) .

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.1m(mlim=18.8).

The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2017-04-17.80523 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.8m.
Spectral observations are required.
