MASTER OT J031444.34-471210.0 detection - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>5.2m
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 14m 44.34s -47d 12m 10.0s on 2017-11-03.21736 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (mlim=18.6m).
The OT is seen in 2 images (inspection of Fermi alert). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT on 2016-08-31.39912 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m (MASTER-OAFA), on 2017-10-12 02:57:02 with mlim=19.6 and 2016-11-19 21:07:11UT mlim=20.8 (MASTER-SAAO).
There is Galex source in 2.5" and in 0.17" USNO-B1 star with B2=23.20, R2=22.10 in 1985 (MASTER W=0.2B+0.8R by USNO-B1), it means >5.2m current outburst amplitude.

CORRECTION TO ATEL #10927
After the further analysis, the optical sources at (RA, Dec) = 07h 36m 34.33s -08d 27m 15.7s was artefact, not real.
