Swift observed TCP J05074264+2447555 (ATel #10919) for 1.0ks on
2017-11-01.66 UT. The XRT detected no X-ray source at
the position of the transient with an upper limit of
0.0030 +/-0.0017 cts/s. An UV source is detected by the UVOT at
the position 05:07:42.69 +24:47:56.3 +/-0.4" J2000 measured
with respect to nearby UCAC3 stars. The position is
consistent within the uncertainties with the one reported by
K. Yoshimoto through the CBAT followup page. The measured UV
magnitude UVM2 17.72 +/-0.04 (AB system) compared to the archival
GALEX measurement NUV 20.03 +/-0.12 suggests the brightening in
the UV is similar to the one observed in the optical band, as
expected for a microlensing event.
We thank the Swift team for rapid execution of this ToO observation.
