MASTER OT J030837.50+390521.3 discovery - PSN in 13.4E,4.4N of PGC2143082

MASTER-Tavrida auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 08m 37.50s +39d 05m 21.3s on 2017-10-10 20:58:55 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.7m (mlim=19.0m).
The OT is seen in 10 image. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT on on 2016-12-23 19:43:36UT with mlim=19.0m (MASTER-Tavrida) and on 2015-10-05 22:01:50 UT with 19.5 unfiltered magnitude limit in MASTER-Kislovodsk.
This PSN is in 13.4E,4.4N of the center of spiral PGC2143082 galaxy with Btc=15.9
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J053628.39+135341.7 detection- OT, ampl>4.5

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 05h 36m 28.39s , +13d 53m 41s.7 on 2017-10-01.26862 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.1m (mlim=18.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 image. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT on 2016-11-28.26495 UT with 19.5 unfiltered magnitude limit in MASTER-OAFA, on 2016-02-02 18:23:56UT with mlim=20.3 in MASTER-Kilovodsk.
There is OT in MASTER database with unfiltered magnitude on the:
2010-12-03 22:54:45.195UT m_OT=20.6 (mlim=22)
2013-10-14 01:36:07.044UT m_OT=16.5
2015-04-15 18:12:30.706UT m_OT=16.9
