MASTER OT J205110.36+044842.2 discovery - QSO or dwarf nova, ampl>5.5m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 51m 10.36s +04d 48m 42.2s on 2017-09-28.15049 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.0m (mlim=18.7m).
The OT is seen in 8 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
There is SDSS possibly QSO in 0.137" and GALEX source in 1"
We have reference image without OT on 2017-09-17.22237 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.2m in MASTER-OAFA, on 2016-08-26 20:21:56Ut with mlim=20.5 in MASTER-SAAO.
It means, the amplitude of current outburt is more then 5.5

Spectral observations are required.
