The recently detected black hole X-ray binary candidate MAXI J1535-571 is in outburst (GCN #21788, ATels #10699, #10700, #10702, #10704, #10708, #10711).

To better coordinate multiwavelength observations of this outburst, I have created a mailing list and shared spreadsheet to keep interested astronomers in touch. This is similar to what was done for the black hole X-ray binaries V404 Cyg and Swift J1357-0933.

You may join the list at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/maxij1535m571. I suggest changing the default "Email delivery preference," unless you plan to actively check the website record of messages and post messages online as opposed to using e-mail.

Joining this list does not obligate you to publish papers/telegrams with the whole list. However, I encourage people to use this list to link their data together, and choose to publish stronger papers together when possible.
