On Aug.29, 2017, we obtained spectra of two transients, AT2017giq and MASTER OT J033744.97+723159.0, with the Xinglong 2.16-m telescope of National Astronomical Observatories of China (NAOC). We classify them as Type IIb Supernova and Type Ic Supernova, respectively, by cross-correlating with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024). Details of our identifications are reported as below:

IAU Name | Survey Name | Discovery Date (UT) | Redshift | Type | Phase | Notes
SN 2017giq | PTSS-17vkg | 2017-08-27.64 | 0.030 | Ic | +5d | (1)
MASTER OT J033744.97+723159.0| MASTER | 2017-08-27.84 | 0.0073 | IIb | -2d | (2)

(1) Consistent with the classfication reported in ATEL #10680.
(2) An ejecta velocity of about 14800 km/s can be inferred from Si II 635.5nm absorption.
