MASTER OT J135046.50-340016.9 discovery - CV, ampl>2.6m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 50m 46s.5 , -34d 0m 16s.9on 2017-06-20.10488 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (mlim=19.7m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-04-03.19444 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
There is USNO-B1 star in 1.9" with B2=21.18,R2=20.74
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J004127.19+410354.4 discovery - possible Nova in M31

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 41m 27.19s +41d 03m 54.4s on 2017-06-21.20471 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.3m (limit 19.4m).
The OT is seen in 8 images. There is no OT up to 20.0 on the 2017-06-20.2046UT
We have reference image without OT also on 2016-07-04.19304 UT with 21.3m unfiltered magnitude limit
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J170623.96-600159.7 detection - OT with ampl>5.3

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 06m 23.96s -60d 01m 59.7s on 2017-06-21.12775 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (mlim=18.6m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-02.05206 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.9m. There is no sources in USNO catalogues, it means 22m R,B limit in history and more then 5.3m of current outburst amplitude. There is also Gaia source with Gmag=19.3 in 1.9" and 2MASS source with J-K=0.5m in 1.7"
Spectral observations are required.
