MASTER OT J171233.67-643342.6 detection - possibly dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 12m 33.67s -64d 33m 42.6s on 2017-04-12.22664 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.1m (mlim=17.7m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-10-01.99866 UT with 19.1 unfiltered magnitude limit, on 2017-03-12 02:02:06UT with mlim=18.2.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J071303.01-313456.3 detection - possibly dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 13m 03.01s -31d 34m 56.3s on 2017-04-12.11370 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (mlim=18.2m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-12-30.22668 UT with 19.8 unfiltered magnitude limit.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J190143.06-213851.3 discovery - possib. dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 01m 43.06s -21d 38m 51.3s on 2017-03-28.14372 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (mlim=18.7).
The OT is seen in 4 image. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference images on 2017-03-18 02:57:11UT with mlim=18.5, on 2015-08-15.73278 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.2m.
There is no source in USNO-B1, it means 22m limit in history(POSS images), and more then 4mag of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.
