MASTER OT J185824.93-694451.3 discovery - new OT(no VIZIER sources), dwarf nova? Ampl>4m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 58m 24.93s -69d 44m 51.3s on 2017-01-25.02720 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (mlim=19.0).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2016-05-02.98875 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.4m.
There is no any known source in VIZIER database, it means more then 4mag of current outburst amplitude (22m POSS limit).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J170828.90-753448.3 discovery - new OT(no VIZIER sources), dwarf nova? Ampl>3.5m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 08m 28.90s -75d 34m 48.3s on 2017-01-25.01446 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.5m (mlim=19.8).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images on 2014-12-19.04841 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.0m, on2016-09-19 18:11:44
with m_limit = 19.3 .
There is no any known source in VIZIER database, it means more then 3.5mag of current outburst amplitude (22m POSS limit).
Spectral observations are required.
