The high radio fluxes from NGC1275

We have regularly observed NGC1275 (3C84) with RATAN-600 radio telescope at 1-30 GHz.
During last six years the fluxes have rising at frequencies higher 5 GHz. In November 2016 the flux reached 45 Jy at 11 GHz. The comparison with former measurements collected in our CATS data base (http://cats.sao.ru) shows that now 3C84 is in the high radio state with almost maximal flux values of the high-frequency component of the spectrum. Such radio activity is well correspond the detection of the increased activity at very-high-energy gamma rays by MAGIC (ATel #9689) and the first detection of the source with VERITAS (ATel #9690).
