MASTER-OAFA discovery: 2 dwarf nova outbursts

MASTER OT J203645.27-301550.1 discovery - new dwarf nova, ampl>4.8m, no VIZIER data

MASTER-OAFA (located in Argentina) auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 36m 45.27s -30d 15m 50.1s on 2016-10-14.10257 UT.
The OT magnitude in unfiltered is 17.2m (limit 18.4m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-09-19.06015 UT with unfiltered mlim=19.7m.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means more then 4.8mag amplitude of current outburst
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J015052.97-451015.9 detection - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3.5m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 50m 52.97s -45d 10m 15.9s on 2016-10-06.21896 UT with unfiltered m_OT=17.3m (limit 20.6m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-03.30244 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.8m, so we suggest the ampl of outburst more then 3.5m
Spectral observations are required.
