MASTER Ot J233608.12+223233.1 discovery - PSN in 12.3"W,9.7"S of PGC1671957

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 36m 08.12s +22d 32m 33.1s on 2016-09-07.05299 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 20.1m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-04.14469 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m.
This PSN is in 12.3"W,9.7"S of PGC1671957
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J003841.98+121311.1 discovery - bright PSN in sSloan galaxy or 5.3m amplitude CV

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 38m 41.98s +12d 13m 11.1s on 2016-09-07.13041 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (limit 20.2m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-09-07.10625 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.
This OT is in 5.8" from the center of SDSS J003842.18+121306.1 galaxy (SN scenario) http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr9/en/tools/quicklook/quickobj.asp?id=1237678919135068332 .
This OT is in 1.5" from the Sloan star with gmag=22.781, rmag=22.031 and in this case amplitude of current outburst is more then 5.3m
