MASTER OT J020626.08-115040.0 - bright QSO optical flare (BZQJ0206-1150)

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 02h 06m 26.08s -11d 50m 40.0s on 2016-07-17.06466 UT.
OT's unfiltered magnitude is 16.2m (limit 18.9m).
We have images with m_OT=17.7 on 2016-05-28 04:16:16.435UT.
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is BZQJ0206-1150 flare (USNO-B1 B2=21.88,R2=19.46) .
We have reference image with m_OT=19.8 on 2015-11-16.98758 UT (m_lim=20.9).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J143312.57-400352.5 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4m, no VIZIER data

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 33m 12.57s -40d 03m 52.5s on 2016-07-10.73882 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (limit 19.5m).
The OT is seen in 7 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-27.04337 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J050702.93-121642.3 discovery - ampl>5.5m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 05h 07m 02.93s -12d 16m 42.3s on 2016-07-10.17265 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (limit 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-07-26.13176 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.
There is no source in USNO-B1 catalogue, it means the 22nd upper optical limit and current flare/outburst amplitude more then 5.5m
