MASTER OT J004117.95+403352.9 discovery - possible Nova(19m) in M31

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 41m 17.95s +40d 33m 52.9s on 2016-06-14.19236 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.7m (limit 20.0m).
The OT is seen in 30 images. We have reference images without OT on 2016-06-16 04:47:12UT with m_lim=19.9, on 2015-07-21.12653 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m (and 6 last years of M31 MASTER-Kislovodsk, -Tunka, -Amur images).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ004117.95403352.9.jpg
