MASTER OT J080005.70+364436.4 discovery - SuperNova in 2.8"W and 10.4"N from PGC2086067 Sbc galaxy

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 00m 05.70s +36d 44m 36.4s on 2015-10-15.82803 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (the limit is 20.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-04-09.55417 UT with 19.7 unfiltered magnitude limit .
This PSN is in 2.8"W and 10.4"N from the PGC2086067 galaxy with g_mag=15.8, Vhel=11920(m-M=36.16)
Spectral observations are required.
