We report an optical spectrum of MASTER OT J080005.70+364436.4 (see ATEL #8173) that was obtained on 2015 Oct.17.9 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at Lijiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum is consistent with a type IIn supernova, with prominent narrow Balmer emission lines. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool GELATO (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A,488, 383) shows that it matches with some type IIn supernovae at a few days after explosion.
