MASTER-IAC: dwarf nova outburst

MASTER OT J235632.99+391949.0 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>4m , only GSC2.3 star with 21.84(blue)
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 )discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 56m 32.99s +39d 19m 49.0s on 2015-09-04.21970 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.6m (the limit is 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-09-16 22:26:40 UT with 20.0 unfiltered magnitude limit in MASTER-Kislovodsk database. There are 2 images with this OT in MASTER-Kislovodsk on 2015-08-28 21:17:08 and 2015-08-29 21:20:11 with unfiltered m_OT=17.3. There are 300 images in MASTER-IAC, -Kislovodsk, -Tunka, -Amur database without any source at this area from 2010-06-01 23:52:23 up to unfiltered 20.0m. There is only GSC2.3 star with blue j=21.84 in VIZIER database. So we can suggest the dwarf nova outbursts with amplitude more then 4m.
Spectral observations are required.
