We report an optical spectrum of PSN J07101678+3339463 that was obtained on 2015 Feb.13.9 UT with the 2.16-m telescope (+BFOSC) at Xinglong Station of National Astronomical Observatories of China. The spectrum is consistent with a type II-P supernova at a relatively early phase, showing a blue continuum and very broad P-Cygni profiles of H lines. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool Gelato (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383) shows that it matches with SN 1995ad at t = +8.8 days after explosion. After removing a recession velocity of 8766 km/s for its host galaxy MCG +06-16-023, we measure an expansion velocity of about 14000 km/s from the absorption minimum of H-alpha.
