MASTER OT J071033.11+241555.2 - new CV?
MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) =
07h 10m 33.11s +24d 15m 55.2s on 2013-01-07.59781 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (limit 18.3m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-10-19.74406 UT with
unfiltered magnitude limit 18.5m.
Nothing is present at this position in USNO-B1.0, GSC 2.3.2, 2MASS,
GALEX, 1RXS and GCVS catalogs, as well as in AAVSO VSX. This area of
sky is not covered by SDSS and CRTS. No previous outbursts were
detected on 70 Palomar/NEAT images obtained on 22 different nights from
2000 Nov. 21 to 2002 Mar. 19. Nothing is visible on the combination of
9 digitized Palomar plates to the limiting magnitude ~22m.
Based on the amplitude of variability (at least 5m) we suggest that
MASTER OT J071033.11+241555.2 is a new cataclysmic variable (dwarf
nova) in outburst. Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J010405.58+500735.1 - new CV?
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA,
Dec) = 01h 04m 05.58s +50d 07m 35.1s on 2013-01-08.68211 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 20.0m).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-09-19.84193 UT with
unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m.
No object is present at this position in 2MASS, USNO-B1.0, GSC, 1RXS,
GCVS catalogs and in AAVSO VSX. This area of sky is not covered by
SDSS, CRTS and GALEX. No previous outbursts were detected on 6
Palomar/NEAT images obtained on 2002 Sep. 24. Nothing is visible on
the combination of 6 digitized Palomar plates to the limiting
magnitude ~21.5m.
Based on the amplitude of variability (at least 4m) we suggest that
MASTER OT J010405.58+500735.1 is likely a new cataclysmic variable
(dwarf nova) in outburst.
Spectral observations are required.
