MASTER OT J234303.47+191003.5 - new CV or PSN?

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 43m 03.47s +19d 10m 03.5s on 2012-11-28.85095 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (limit 18.7m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image without OT on 2010-12-23.65712 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.4m.

Spectral observations are required.
