OT MASTER J231327.31+262622.0 - PSN discovered on two MASTER sites
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 13m 27.17s +26d 26m 21.2s on 2012-09-18.63531 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.1m (limit 18.5m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-09-11.70637 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 13m 27.31s +26d 26m 22.0s on 2012-09-18.89332 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 19.8m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-08-22.79486 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.7m.
This is same object. The quality of the Kislovodsk site images is much better. So, we accepted Kislovodsk astrometry and photometry.
No previous outbursts were detected on 35 Palomar/NEAT
images taken on 10 different nights from 1998 July 24 to 2002 Oct. 14,
as well as on six DSS plates.
We suggest that MASTER J231327.31+262622.0 is most likely a supernova
in SDSS
J231326.70+262626.3.
Spectral observations are required.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (limit 19.0m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-11-06.63719 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
There are no objects in any catalogs at this place.
Spectral observations are required.
