We report that a noisy spectrogram of PSNJ15164204+5525011, obtained on Mar. 14.09 UT with the 1.82-m Copernico
Telescope (+ AFOSC; range 340-790 nm, resolution 2.2 nm), is consistent with that of a SN ``impostor'' in outburst. The spectrum consists of a relatively red continuum with over imposed a narrow (not resolved) H-alpha emission.
