The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.309m (limit 19.65m).

The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image without OT on 2010-11-12.73831 UT with magnitude limit in 'BLANK' filter 19.76m.

There are 2 objects (or same one?) : The star 1050-06772875 in USNO-A2.0 Catalogue R=19.3 and Photometric selection of quasars from SDSS. II 190.94238+16.08457 (R=19.8).
