MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 51m 23.02s +67d 25m 28.3s
on 2012-01-01.70 UT.
The OT magnitude in 'V' filter is 14.6 m (limit is about 18.0m)
The OT is seen at 5 images.
We have reference image with low state OT on 2011-11-30.97 UT with unfiltered magnitude ~18.5m.
There is X-ray (ROSAT), radio (ARXA) and optical (the blue USNO-A2.0 star) object at this place.
