The MASTER auto-detection system at Tunka detected a new transient source as the new OT at the position (R.A., Dec) = 00h 22m 47.85s, +32d 43m 24s.7, (J2000) 2011-09-03 15:55:18.48 (UT). The OT is seen at 3 images. There is no minor planet and any object brighter 20 mag in DSS at this place.

The unfiltered magnitude is about 18.1 +- 0.1 ( exposure time = 180s, mlim = 19.2).

Spectral observations are required.
