The MASTER auto-detection system at Tunka (Baykal Lake, Siberia) detected a new transient source at the position (R.A., Dec) 12h 09m 39.35s , +56d 09m 17s.3 (J2000) with a typical uncertainty of 0.5" at 2011-01-24 15:16:02 (UT) in SDSSJ120939.77+560923.9 galaxy. The OT was seen at older images from 23 Nov 2010. There is now minor planet and any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this place. We have a number images this field without OT. Offset is 3.6W 6.6S from galaxy center.

The OT magnitude change from 15.5+-0.1 (29 Nov 2010) to 17.0 +-0.1 ( 23 Jan 2011).

It seems that OT is SN type luminous type II .

The spectral observations are needed.
