automatically was pointed (Lipunov et al. GCN #29156, GCN #29157) to
the Swift GRB201223A (Gropp,Barthelmy et al. GCN #29158)
33 sec after notice time and 51 sec after trigger time at 2020-12-23 17:59:18 UT.

discovered optical counterpart of this GRB at
RA,Dec(2000) = 08 51 09.22 +71 10 47.8 (Lipunov et al. GCN #29157, TNS 2020adna).
