MASTER OT J192856.03-550546.9 discovery- bright (15.0) fast (<10min) high amplitude (>5m) OT
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 28m 56.03s -55d 05m 46.9s on 2020-06-14.33005 UT.
The OT outburst magnitudes (unfiltered) are

This OT has Gal. latitude: -27.741738 Gal. longitude: 342.547803.
We have reference images since 2015 without outburst and with m~19.8-20.2 of this object or of the object at line of sight.
There are 2 GAIA optical sources in 0.5" and 1.8" (VIZIER) with distances 800pc and 1872pc.
This OT is not red dwarf flare.
Deep images and spectral observations are required.
