MASTER OT J133021.93-073032.5 detection - prelimin.dwarf nova outburst with ampl>5.7m

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 30m 21.93s -07d 30m 32.5s on 2019-12-09.05481 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (limit 18.9m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-04-19.89711 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m.
Spectral observations are required.
