We obtained a spectrum of the transient AT 2019sxc (see also ATel #13207) with the SPRAT spectrograph (resolution R ~ 350; Piascik et al. 2014) on the 2-m Liverpool Telescope (LT; Steele et al. 2004) on 2019 Oct 23.93 UT.

The spectrum shows strong Balmer emission lines (Hα, Hβ, Hγ, Hδ), along with numerous Fe II emission lines, including those of the 27, 28, 37, 38, 42, 48, 49 and 74 multiplets. In addition, we detect Na I D, Si II (6347/6371Å) and O I (7773Å), which show clear P-Cygni profiles. This spectrum confirms that AT 2019sxc is an Fe II-type nova in M31.
