MASTER OT J055510.22-041053.0 discovery - OT with ampl>7.7m during BAKSAN neutrino alert inspection

2019swo

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 05h 55m 10.22s -04d 10m 53.0s on 2019-10-17.20843 UT
during BAKSAN neutrino 191016.51 alert inspection (Lipunov et al. GCN #26014; center R.A.,Dec(2000)=06h 08m 48.000s , -08d 24m 00.00s, R=3d).
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 14.3m (mlim=16.7m).
The OT is seen in 4 images (2019-10-17 04:54:50-05:53:12). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-04-23.98832 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.7m.
There is no objects inside 5" in USNO-B1 (22m POSS limit in history), that means current outburst amplitude more then 7.7 (MASTER unfiltered W=0.2B2+0.8R2 by thousands field stars for calibration).
Spectral observations are required.
