MASTER OT J205155.32-233641.9 detection - outburst with ampl>3.3m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system (http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al.,2010, Advances in Astronomy,vol.2010, 30L)
found OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 51m 55.32s -23d 36m 41.9s on 2019-10-01.98817 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (limit 19.1m).
The OT is seen in 39 images (2015-06-10 04:10:03UT - 2019-10-01 23:42:58UT). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2019-06-10 22:17:14Ut with mlim=19.2 (nearest in time), on 2016-09-27.95811 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.1m.
There are GALEX source, x-ray ROSAT source (RASS-6dFGS), Palomar R2=20.0,R1=17.8 also support as minimum cataclismic variability nature (S190930s and S190930t error-boxes).
Spectral observations are required.
