MASTER OT J191721.72-344420.6 detection - ampl>4.4m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 17m 21.72s -34d 44m 20.6s on 2019-05-13.93683 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.7m (mlim=17.9) on 2 images at MASTER-SAAO (2019-05-14 00:33:36, 00:22:43UT), on 4 images in MASTER-OAFA (2019-05-14 05:27:48,05:12:45UT).
We have reference images on 2016-05-11 00:50:00UT with mlim=20.1 (it gives ampl>4.4m), 2016-06-06.95516 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.8m, on 2018-11-02 19:14:21UT with unfiltered m_limit = 19.6.There is GALEX source in 2.2" (accretion result)
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J164414.88-221539.3 detection - UVCet flare

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 44m 14.88s -22d 15m 39.3s on 2019-05-13.13877 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (mlim=19.4).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-05-13.89700 UT with unfiltered mlim=19.7m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J201149.25-204148.7 discovery - more then 4.6mag outburst amplitude

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 11m 49.25s -20d 41m 48.7s on 2019-05-09.04142 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (mlim=19.8).
The OT is seen in 10 images during 2.3 hours(2019-05-09 00:59:39.816-03:17:32.217UT).
We have reference images on 2015-08-10.83442 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.5m, reference images 2015-2018yy in MASTER-IAC and 2016-2018yy in MASTER-OAFA, the nearest in time is 2018-11-22 18:56:02UT with mlim=18.5.

There is no sources inside 4" in VIZIER database (22mag POSS limits and more then 4.6 mag of current outburst amplitude). The nearest source is PanSTARRS one in 4.036, but MASTER position accuracy is 1 arcsec. Spectral observations are required
