MASTER OT J071204.39+275514.0 discovery - new OT, ampl>4.6m
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 12m 04.39s +27d 55m 14.0s on 2017-09-06.04009 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (limit 17.7m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We reobserved it in MASTER-IAC, unfiltered m_OT=17.5 on 6 images 2017-09-07 04:41:37-05:49:18UT.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-12-06.96181 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.6m (MASTEr-Kislovodsk).
Spectral observations are required.
