MASTER OT J151734.48-271017.6 discovery - fast blue optical transient, Ampl>4.2m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 17m 34.48s -27d 10m 17.6s on 2017-06-01.79735 UT. The OT unfiltered (W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by thousands USNO-B1 fields stars) magnitudes are:

2017-06-01 19:41:32UT ~19.0(=mlim)
Every exposition was 60s http://observ.pereplet.ru/images/MASTEROTJ151734.48-271017.6.gif
We have reference image on 2016-07-09.83249 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.9m.
There is only blue GSC2.3 star in 1.5" with jmag=21.7 on 1976.390year, it means, this OT is not a red dwarf.

POSS 22m upper limit in history gives ampl>4.2m
Deep photometry observations is required.
