MASTER OT J134240.29+093911.1 detection - AGN flare, ampl>3m
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 42m 40.29s +09d 39m 11.1s on 2017-03-31.75039 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 20.0m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. We have reference images on 2016-04-10.72194 UT with unfiltered mlim=19.7m and m_OT<~19.7, on 2016-05-10 23:44:16UT with m_OT~20.6=mlim (MASTER-IAC), on 2016-07-04 22:37:08.122UT with m_OT=18.9
There is 3FGL J1342.7+0945 with x-ray,radio,UV known emission in VIZIER.

MASTER OT J151436.6+445004.2 detection - QSO flare, ampl>2.2m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 14m 36s.6 , +44d 50m 04s.2 on 2017-03-26 04:37:12.39.
The OT unfiltered m=17.0m. There are 3 images with Ot at this night.
There is reference image with m_OT=19.2 on 2016-06-06 23:19:01.946UT (mlim=20.4)
There is BZQ J1514+4450 QSO in 0.2".

MASTER OT J134843.59+175225.0 discovery - PSN or QSO flare

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 48m 43.59s +17d 52m 25.0s on 2017-03-31.08917 UT.
The OT unfiltered m=19.4m (limit 20.1m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-02-13.12736 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.7m.
There is a SDSS galaxy and radio source in 1.6".

Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J150027.57-035815.1 discovery - possibly dwarf nova outburst
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 00m 27.57s -03d 58m 15.1s on 2017-03-27.15582 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.4m (mlimit=20.1m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-02-08.23672 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.8m (there is a source with m<<20.8), it means the ampl of current outburst is more then 2.4m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J144512.97-295840.1 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4.2m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 45m 12.97s -29d 58m 40.1s on 2017-03-29.84203 UT.
The OT unfiltered m=17.8m(mlim=20.4).
The OT is seen in 9 images. Previous outburst was on 2016-02-18 23:40:09.474 with m_OT=18.0, and we have image on 2016-04-11 01:05:47.819 with m_OT=18.3
We have reference image on 2016-06-29.83668 UT with unfilt.mlim=21.0m.
There is GSC2.3.2 star with known blue jmag=21.53, no USNO-B1, it means 22m limit in history and more then 4.2mag of current outburst amplitude

MASTER OT J002011.20-734114.7 - anomalous oxygen-rich AGB star
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system detected OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 20m 11.20s -73d 41m 14.7s on 2017-03-24 01:33:21.977UT with unfiltered m_OT=14.9. The reference image was on 2017-01-27 01:41:04.662UT with m_OT=16.1. There is ao-AGB star.
