MASTER-SAAO, MASTER-OAFA: optical transients

MASTER OT J154313.55-712056.3 discovery - new OT, possibly dwarf nova, Ampl>4.9m, no known VIZIER data
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 43m 13.55s -71d 20m 56.3s on 2017-01-05.00719 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (mlim=18.6).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-06-22.76253 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.5m, on 2016-12-27 01:50:18UT with mlim=18.8 (unfiltered)
There is no known sources in VIZIER database, it means more then 4.9mag amplitude of current outburst
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J152615.50-424755.1 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>4m
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 26m 15.50s -42d 47m 55.1s on 2017-01-04.34449 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (limit 17.6m).
This OT is seen on 4 images on 04 Jan, and on 3 images on 05 Jan (m_OT=16.5). There is no any sources at MASTER-SAAO reference images on 2016-12-31 02:25:24UT with mlim=18.3, on 2016-06-29 19:09:08UT with mlim=20.0, on 2016-03-10 01:38:16UT with mlim=20.7 .
We have previous outburst on 2016-01-18 01:15:36.712UT in MASTER-SAAO database with m_OT=16.6 (3 images).
There is USNO-B1 blue star (also previous outburst) at POSS images.
Spectral observations are required.
