MASTER OT J131250.91-042449.1 detection - QSO flare

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 12m 50.91s -04d 24m 49.1s on 2016-11-20.11222 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (mlim=18.2m).
The OT is seen on 3 images on 20Nov, and on 4 images on 24 Nov with m_OT=16.8? and on 2010-04-16 18:46:54.504UT with m_OT=17.3. We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-31 19:26:33UT ( mlim=19.7m.)
There is a Flat Spectrum Radio Quasar 5BZQ J1312-0424 (Massaro+, 2015, Fan+, 2012, etc) in 0.89"

MASTER OT J091005.78-611355.5 detection

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h 10m 05.78s -61d 13m 55.5s on 2016-11-13.20315 UT.
The unfiltered OT magnitude is 17.5m (mlimit =17.8m). The OT is seen on 3 images on 13th of Nov., and on 2016-11-14 07:47:18UT. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-09-21.36012 UT with unfiltered magnitude lim=19.0m.
Spectral observations are required.

Current outburst:
MASTER OT J125905.74+242633.7 detection - on 2016-11-19.03425 UT with 17.7m unfiltered magnitude (mlim=19.1m, 3 images). We have reference image without OT on 2013-01-16.97501 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
