MASTER OT J151507.52+430900.5 discovery - 15.6mag PSN in 21"E,1.4"S of PGC054434
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 15m 07.52s +43d 09m 00.5s on 2016-11-10.65848 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.6m (mlim=18.1m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2013-01-17.06491 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
This bright PSN is in 21"E,1.4"S of PGC054434 (Btot=15.2+-0.3)
Spectral observations are required.
