MASTER-Tunka: bright 6mag ampl dwarf nova outburst and OT from MASTER-SAAO

MASTER OT J073704.36+250054.5 discovery - bright high amplitude OT (dwarf nova) with Ampl>6m (only Sloan star in VIZIER)
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 37m 04.36s +25d 00m 54.5s on 2016-11-09.74453 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (mlim=18.4m).
The OT is seen in 3 images on 2016-11-09 (m_OT=16.0) and on 2012-03-13 13:29:58.007,14:17:04.183 (previous outburst) with m_OT=16.0.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-11 14:23:25 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
There is Sloan star with g=22.5+-0.1,r=22.5+-0.2 in 0.66". So the Ampl of current outburst is more then 6m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J183836.85-291752.4 detection
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 38m 36.85s -29d 17m 52.4s on 2016-11-09.76800 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 11.0m (mlim=17.2).
The OT is seen in 22 images.
There is Mis V0661 star in AAVSO database with unknown type of variability https://www.aavso.org/vsx/index.php?view=detail.top&oid=131297.
