MASTER OT J031942.92-453013.9 discovery - new bright dwarf nova in outburst with Ampl>5.1m, no sources in VIZIER database

MASTER-OAFA, located in Argentina, with auto-detection system (Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 19m 42.92s -45d 30m 13.9s on 2016-10-27.27597 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.9m (mlim=20.8m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-10-08.30947 UT with 20.7 unfiltered magnitude limit. There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22mag POSS limit and more then 5.1mag of current outburst.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/031942.92-453013.9.png

MASTER OT J002110.78-454159.1 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>3.7m, no known optical sources in VIZIER
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 21m 10.78s -45d 41m 59.1s on 2016-10-27.16750 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.3m (mlim=20.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-10-06.19251 UT with 20.3 unfiltered magnitude limit. There is only GALEX (UV) known source in VIZIER database, that means accretion process and dwarf nova possible nature of this ourburst with ampl>3.7m (22m POSS limit in history).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/002110.78-454159.1.png
