MASTER OT J100629.13+222643.8 - PSN in Sloan galaxy or CV (ampl>5.2m)

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 06m 29.13s +22d 26m 43.8s with unfiltered m_OT=16.8m on 2016-10-09 00:56:53.746UT.
There are 3 images with OT(PSN) in MASTER-Kislovodsk (09Oct2016), 6 in MASTER-IAC(unfilt.m_OT=16.8 on 2016-10-11 05:44:23.738UT), in MASTER-Tunka (unfilt. m=16.8 2016-10-05 20:40:09.115UT).
The nearest in time image without OT is on 2016-04-23 17:56:09UT in MASTER-Kislovodsk.
This PSN is in 0.23" from Sloan galaxy with r=22.57 (MASTER w=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1). There is no any other sources in VIZIER database(22m POSS limit)
From amplitude (>5.2m) it can be superluminous SN in this Sloan galaxy, and from MASTER-database there is no evidence that this PSN can't be superluminous. But we suggest that another search projects had to discovered it during several dozens days of rising. There is the second scenario of CV outburst (dwarf nova) with amplitude more then 5.2m
